This ¥15,000 premium experience takes place within the immersive "Onsen of Light," offering a deep connection to the artistry of handcrafted paper. 日本語 (Japanese) キャンセルポリシー JeBon（ジェーボン）では、お客様一人ひとりのために高品質な材料（LEDキットや手漉き和紙など）を事前に準備し、お席を確保しております。少人数の手作り工房のため、下記の規定にご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。 予約の48時間前まで： 予約金5,000円を全額返金いたします。 48時間以内のキャンセル： 予約金は返金不可となります（材料費および予約枠確保のため）。 無断キャンセル（No-show）： 予約金は返金不可となります。 【時間変更・遅刻について】 日程変更： ご希望の場合は、お早めにメールにてご連絡ください。空き状況により、できる限り柔軟に対応いたします。 遅刻： 15分以上遅刻された場合、次のお客様のご予約に影響が出ないよう、体験時間を短縮させていただく場合がございます。 お客様に最高の体験をお届けするため、何卒ご理解のほどお願い申し上げます。 English Cancellation Policy At JeBon, we prepare high-quality materials (LED kits, handmade washi, etc.) specifically for each guest and hold your private time slot exclusively for you. As we are a small artisanal studio, we appreciate your cooperation with the following policy: Up to 48 hours before: Full refund of your ¥5,000 reservation deposit. Within 48 hours: The deposit is non-refundable (to cover material preparation and the reserved time slot). No-show: The deposit is non-refundable. 【Rescheduling & Late Arrivals】 Rescheduling: If you need to change your date or time, please email us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for subsequent bookings.
