Paru（パルちゃん）は、小さな丸い木製台座の上に仕立てられた、「和紙オーブランプ」シリーズのひとつです。
 
和紙オーブランプシリーズは、一つひとつ異なる名前と形を持つ、小さな手づくりのランプです。自然の繊維が生み出す表情を生かしながら制作しているため、同じ作品は二つとありません。
 
コンパクトで持ち運びやすく、ご自宅で楽しむのはもちろん、大切な方への贈り物にもおすすめです。
 
付属の充電式LEDティーライトを灯すと、繊細に重なり合った繊維がやさしく浮かび上がり、小さな「光の温泉」が生まれます。
 
自然素材ならではの温かくやさしい光が繊維の間から広がり、身近な場所にほっとひと息つける時間を届けます。
 
素材には、和紙の原料として使われる希少な楮（こうぞ）の内皮を使用しています。本作品では紙へ加工せず、自然が育んだ繊細な繊維の姿をそのまま生かしています。

The Washi Orb Lamp series is a collection of small handcrafted lamps, each with its own name and unique form. Rather than repeating the same design, every lamp is individually shaped by hand, following the natural character of the fibers. No two are ever exactly alike.
 
Compact and easy to carry, Paru can be enjoyed throughout your home or given as a thoughtful and memorable gift.
 
Place one of the included rechargeable LED tea lights inside, and the delicate web of fibers gently comes to life, becoming a small, portable Hot Spring of Light.
 
Its warm, natural glow filters softly through the fibers, creating a quiet moment of calm wherever it is placed.
 
Paru is made from the rare inner bark fibers of the Kozo (paper mulberry) tree—the traditional material used to make Washi. Rather than processing the fibers into paper, each lamp preserves their natural beauty and intricate structure.
 
When illuminated from within, the overlapping fibers emerge like fine lace, revealing the rich and individual character of the natural material.
