Every JeBon Washi Lighting piece is handcrafted in Japan using carefully selected washi. Because each work is individually made and inspected, slight variations are part of its character and make every piece unique.

Shipping

We currently accept and ship orders within Japan only.

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 8–14 days after payment has been confirmed. Delivery time after shipment may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Each artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because our works are handmade and many are one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or defect. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

​

Unless the item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please do not return an item without contacting us and receiving return instructions first.

JeBon Washi Lightingの作品は、厳選した和紙を使用し、日本で一点一点手作業により制作しています。手仕事によるわずかな違いも、それぞれの作品が持つ個性の一部としてお楽しみください。

配送について

現在、商品の販売および配送は日本国内のみとさせていただいております。

ご入金確認後、通常 8～14日以内 に発送いたします。発送後のお届け日数は、お届け先の地域や配送業者により異なります。

すべての作品は発送前に丁寧に検品し、安全にお届けできるよう厳重に梱包いたします。

返品・交換について

すべての商品は返品・交換不可となります。

​

当店の作品は手作りで、多くが一点物であるため、お客様のご都合やイメージの違いによる返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

​

万が一、お届けした作品に破損または不良がございましたら、商品到着後 7日以内 にご注文番号と、破損または不良箇所が確認できる写真を添えてご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、必要に応じて修理・交換、または返金にて対応いたします。

​

配送時の破損または商品の不良が確認された場合を除き、返品にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。事前のご連絡および返品方法のご案内なしに商品を返送しないようお願いいたします。
